Large villa to rent in Moraira. Sleeps 10 people. The villa is situated in the quiet village of Sabatera in Moraira which is a 5 minute drive and a 15 minute walk. 5 minutes walk from the villa is a supermarket, restaurant, bars and other small shops. Moraira town is about 5 minutes drive away, as is the beach. The property has its own private gardens, which also consists of an orange grove. There are 2 bbq's, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs and each level has its own terrace for outside dining.

There is a garden area downstairs that is very beautiful and peaceful and full of mature plants and trees. In the garden is an orange grove that is full, so orange juice on a morning is no problem!! There is a BBQ area and two terrace areas so that you can entertain easily. There is a garden surrounding the front of the villa which again is full of mature plants and trees. Upstairs there is the 8m x 4m swimming pool which is surrounded with beautiful plants and flowers. There is a BBQ and terrace area for your outside entertaining. Each level has its own private driveway that lead to the separate access to the villa.

Upstairs - 2 twin bedrooms - 1 double bedroom. Downstairs - 1 twin bedroom - 1 double bedroom. Bedrooms have built in wardrobes.

Bathrooms:

Upstairs - 1 house bathroom, equipped with bath, shower, bidet and sink. 1 shower room, equipped with toilet, shower and sink Downstairs - 1 ensuite in the double bedroom. 1 house bathroom, with bath, shower, toilet and sink and also washing machine.

Kitchen:

Kitchens - Both up and down are fully equipped with cooker, hob, kettle, microwave and fridge/freezer. Upstairs has a dishwasher also. Both are full of utensils and all cooking equipment.

Living Rooms:

Living Rooms: 1 upstairs with dining area, 1 downstairs. Both haveTV, DVD/Video, English Sky and stereo and are fully furnished. Dining rooms: 1 downstairs + 1 upstairs which is in the living room. Both dining rooms are equipped with tables and chairs.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:

Maid service is included in the price for fortnightly bookings only, where she will come mid stay and change bed linen and towels and clean through the villa. The cleaner visits prior to all arrivals.
