Cumbre  Del Sol, known as “Summit of the Sun”, is made up of very attractive villas   And   apartments some of which look as if they are virtually perched on the edge of   the hills with great views all around and the sunsets are spectacular. From   here you are perfectly situated for access to the best resorts on the Costa Blanca, being just 3 kilometers from the lovely Moraira and Javea and a short   drive away from the cosmopolitan towns of Denia and Calpe. Market day in  Moraira is Friday mornings.

In Cumbre Del Sol there is a horse riding centre and tennis  courts nearby. Just a 20 minute drive is Javea which has beautiful beaches and   the 9 hole Javea golf course, a very lush and pleasant course. Golfers wanting  a stiffer challenge need to go to the Olazabal designed 18 hole course at La  Sella   (12 km away) and the Ballesteros designed 18 hole course at Oliva Nova.The town   of Moraira is only a 5 minute drive from 'Casa Netty', once a sleepy fishing   village, Moraira has developed into a beautiful holiday destination, with lovely  beaches, hidden coves, marina, promenade and many restaurants and shops to  visit. Although quiet and peaceful in this unique area of Cumbre del Sol where the views are breathtakingly stunning, you can be in the bustle of 3 main towns within 20 minutes. The nearby towns of Javea, Calpe and Altea are a 15-20 minute drive away.

Casa Netty' is situate in a quiet area and has stunning panaromic views looking out to the Mediterranean Sea and mountains. There are three beautiful communal pools all within 200metres of the property. This villa has a view of the Meditteranean Sea and  the Mountains . There is a balcony over looking the Med to enjoy outdoor
lounging and eating. Sunbeds, table and chairs are provided for your comfort. The furnishings include a TV with satellite a radio and CD player, a fully equipped kitchen and the two main bedrooms both have double beds and inbuilt wardrobes giving plenty of hanging and organised space. Downstairs is an extra room which is accessible via an external door. This area has an additional sofa bed, small living room, toilet and washbasin. (Not suitable for small children but ideal for older children or adults).There is a driveway and small garden area to the front of the property and a car park space to the back of the property
