The separate 2 bedroomed apartment (sleeps 4) Is also down the same unmade road, being one of the only 2 in the same road! It is also very quiet and peaceful. But again not far from the towns. Set in 1 1/2 acres of land. It is the ground floor of a large villa.

Deposit of 50% required on booking and balance due 6 weeks before.

Notes on accommodation
Both properties have central heating and all bedroom have fans.
They also have English satellite and wireless connection.

Accessibility
The villa has a few steps outside, but inside is all on one level. except the master bedroom which occupies the whole of the upper floor!
The appartment is all on one level except one small step in and out. The outside terrace is all one level and is accessed through double doors.

Outside
The villa is set amongst orange groves has many different outside areas either cool underneath the shade of a almond tree, or in full glorious sunshine! There is an outside dining and barbeque area.
The pool is only for sole use of occupants of the villa unless the apartment is being rented by the same party.
plenty of sunbeds and ouside furniture enough to seat 12.
The villa is completly detached and secluded, It has enough parking for 6 cars.

The appartment has its own private terrace with sun loungers for soaking up the midday sun and table and chairs for alfresco eating.There is a barbeque area under the shade of a eucaliptus tree.
It is the ground floor of a large villa. It has its own separate car parking enough for 10 cars!
The 2 properties are next door to one another and if rented together can be accessed by a short path.

Coast/Beach
The nearst beach is only 5 mins drive away, but for larger beaches these are located in Moraira or Calpe on both sides of the famous Ifach rock, both are EEC blue flag and have many bars and restaurants. At the foot of the Ifach is the fishing port of Calpe with its many renowned fish restaurants. There are many more beaches and hidden coves to explore along the coast.

Golf
Moraira (Ifach) golf course is 10 mins by car and is a 9 hole course. Visitors are welcome. Javea Golf course is 20 mins by car, although classified as an 18 hole course there are 9 greens played off 18 different tees. Visitors are accepted however a handicap certificate is required. La Sella golf course is 20 mins by car and is a full 18 hole course. Visitors are welcome. There are two newly completed 18 hold golf courses on the outskirts of Benidorm which are 20 mins by car and many other golf courses within a 60 min drive.

Travel
Alicante being the nearest airport 1 hour drive.
Valencia 1 1/2 hours away.
Murcia 2 1/2 away.
I would recommend car hire, if only to and from the airport.
(which is a very easy and straightforward journey)!

Moraira, 10 mins drive. Calpe, 10 mins Altea 15mins drive. Benissa 10 mins drive. Benidorm 25mins drive. Javea 20 mins drive. Guadalest 40mins drive. Alicante 1 hour drive. Valencia 1 &1/2 hour drive.
Water parks and theme parks 25 mins (Benidorm).
Benidorm Palace (great caberet eve show) 25 mins.

Further details
There is a supermarket, bank and a hairdressers within walking distance. There are 2 restaurants within a short walk (although one up a steep hill - alright on the way back!).
There are great selection of restaurants in the towns of Moraira and also Calpe ranging from traditional Spanish cuisine specialising in seafood and paella, to modern cuisine to suit all budgets, or how about the harbourside fish restaurants - in fact, so many you won't have time to try them all!
There are the colourfull markets - normally one in every town each day of the week.
Tennis is within walking distance.
