The Ermita apartment is a self-contained apartment to rent in Javea in a spectacular mountain villa near the sea and on the slopes of the Montgo mountain. It sleeps 2/4 with its own pool and full air-conditioning/central heating.

This is a beautiful self-contained apartment, which has a brand new modern kitchen, modern shower room and double bedroom with super queen size bed and air conditioning. The very large living/dining room can be converted to accommodate 2 additional guests/children. There is an additional dining area outside near the south facing pool with a free standing barbecue. Watching the sunsets from here is breathtaking.

You arrive to a welcome basket and we provide fresh bed linen and towels (including beach/pool towels).

The owners are always at the villa to welcome you and to familiarise you with the kitchen, TV etc and are either on site or easily contactable during your stay.

A car is essential here and we have adequate parking for several cars.

The apartment is furnished with comfortable sofas and we have many books for your enjoyment during your stay.

Well-behaved dogs are allowed in the apartment at special request.

Discount: We offer a 10% discount for bookings of 2 weeks or more.
Option: We also offer out of season (October to March) BED AND BREAKFAST at a rate of GB pounds 28.00 pppn. 10% discount for 3 nights or more.
Payment: A 25% deposit will secure your reservation. The balance is payable no later than 4 weeks before arrival, together with a £100 returnable deposit to cover any serious breakages or damage.
